I didn't realize that the company had changed their policy to an incredibly strict and unforgiving exchange/refund policy. That is fine but the associate that I worked with was the most rude abrasive and hostile individual I've ever dealt with in customer service. I work in a customer service industry myself and I always try to greet people with kindness and understanding that policy is not their fault. However, the associate's attitude was completely uncalled for. It was like she was trying to fight me from the minute I walked in. It's a shame because I've been shopping there for a very long time and at this point I have no desire to ever go back.
