  Simons is – by far – my and my family’s preferred jeweler. I keep coming back because of their beautiful selection of jewelry and time pieces, and because they make every visit at their lovely store a true pleasure. They are genuinely kind and thoughtful, as well as exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. On more than one occasion, Jonathan and Mary have worked with my husband to surprise me, which created wonderful and memorable experiences. We are customers for life and I can highly recommend Simons!

  Extraordinary customer service. They didn't have the style of earrings I wanted but Stacy suggested a different pair and had me try them on. OMG. Loved them so much so I bought them. I wear them all the time. A few years back I replaced my original engagement band with one from here and I'm so pleased with it to this day. Also, Roman the dog greets you as you enter the door. Impossible to not love a high-end jewelry store with its own working dog.

  I expressed interest in the Rolex Datejust Ref# 126334 (White Rolesor, Jubilee bracelet, black dial with diamonds) as a retirement gift for myself. This was in November of 2025 and I picked up my watch on January 16, 2026. I had been communication with Mary Yearout the entire time and when she called and informed me that my watch was in I was extremely excited! This was the first time I'd been in the newly remodeled store and it looked fantastic. This was Rolex personified! Mary greeted me very professionally and showed me my watch. It was breathtaking. She sized it for me as we had a very nice casual conversation. She then presented me with a Wolf British Racing Green watch case that bore Simons insignia. A marvelous and unique gift indeed. Business was concluded and I must say she and everyone in the store made me feel very welcome and personally cared for. I truly am happy for the experience Mary and Simons Jewelers provided me and for my new Rolex. Thank you all!

  I hate jewelry stores. I loathe going in them and hate the pretention involved. Simon's is NONE of that, and the experience felt more like a family invitational where you leave feeling better than when you walked in. The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly kind, and you can immediately feel the old school family run aura that is near non existent by today's standard. I didn't feel like a Rolex "candidate" like the other jewelers seem to get off on, but instead a valued customer. I look forward to the opportunity to take part in everything Simon's has to offer. I really couldn't imagine spending my money anywhere else. Jonathan is a pleasure and gives off the vibes of a genuinely good person, making my commitment to them as potential lifelong authorized dealer a no brainer.

  Simons Jewelers in St. Louis is absolutely top-tier, and Stacy Zeid is the reason we keep coming back. We just purchased a Cartier Santos de Cartier two-tone watch with diamonds, and the entire experience was flawless, start to finish. My wife is very picky (in the best way), and Stacy was incredibly patient, warm, and no-pressure while still being an expert guide. She listened closely, helped my wife land on exactly what she wanted, and even went the extra mile to negotiate a discount for us with her boss, which we truly appreciated. They sized the watch for us on the spot, and Stacy surprised us with a cleaning kit and some of Simons’ special chocolates to take home, a small touch that felt genuinely thoughtful. We also happened to come in on the perfect day, Simons had just reopened their newly revamped store, and it looks amazing. This was our second timepiece purchase from Simons (we bought a Rolex watch about four years ago, also with Stacy), and the consistency is what stands out: responsive, knowledgeable, and truly focused on taking care of the customer. If you’re considering a luxury watch purchase, I can’t recommend Simons and Stacy Zeid highly enough.
