Excellent service. Treated me and my young son very well each time we came in. There is much written about how Rolex AD can be tough to deal with. That was not the case here. They were upfront on day one. Told me their waitlist was first come first served and that even though I didn’t have a purchase history I would still get one eventually. I was never pressured to buy anything I didn’t ask about myself. About 6 months later, in time for my birthday, I got the call. Shout out to Mary especially. She was great to work with and patiently answered all my questions. Excited that this store is expanding/remodeling and we will soon have a Rolex service option in town! Looking forward to working with this team again for all my watch needs. Thank you for a great experience and a great timepiece!
