He walked me through trying on what felt like a million things to dial in the exact fit, and once we had the size figured out he pulled together some sharp combinations I never would have picked on my own. His eye for style is legit. Start to finish, this was a top tier experience. Highly recommend.

Bonobos hasn't responded to emails or phone calls about the lost jacket and I can't get a refund, now I'm out $150 and I have no way of getting my jacket. The number to the store goes straight to voicemail and the 800 number they left hangs up automatically. Pretty bad service. I'd say skip it, unless you like throwing money away.
