- MAMark AngevineDec 31, 20251.0I just got home from Bass Pro St. Charles where I waited around 30 min. for someone to help me in the shoes and boots section and no one ever showed up so I went to the front desk to see if I could get someone to help me and they said the person working there was probably to busy to help me so I went home. They could have sent someone esle, but no, I geuss they don't need my business. Even though I've been shopping there for decades.

However the older lady with short grey hair that was at checkout was so rude at the checkout. We were not sure what end the line started at, so we went to the right side as their was only one other person in line, she started screaming at us saying we were cutting in line and the other people in line were asking what was wrong with her also. She does not need to be working in customer service period.

Company or lease holder needs to repair the roof now though.. tons of buckets catching leaks all through out the store, trip hazards and definitely a safety concern. It's always busy in there, no way its not worth the investment.
