- CSCody SparkmanFeb 17, 20261.0If you’re purchasing shotgun shells for bird hunting shop around. They’re $7 a box higher than Walmart for the exact same box and won’t return ammo once it leaves the store
- JPJaz sem PocestnikFeb 16, 20264.0Good for bass, as the name implies, but limited selection for trout fishing rivers. Most of what they call trout lures may work for lakes, but not enough really small stuff, (not a single 1/32 oz rooster tail) for the Missouri trout parks.
- LHLars HoyerJan 30, 20262.0Buyer beware/understand Bass Pro’s policy on purchasing a firearm from them. If you are like many others that get “Delayed” on your background check, do not purchase from here as they will not release the firearm to buyer until cleared. Seems like a no brainer; however I have purchased from other gun stores in the STL area and always get a “Delay” secondary to me holding a military security clearance. Unlike Bass Pro; these shops always have released said firearm to me after (at most) 7 business days of not hearing back from background check. Federal Law states that a seller can legally transfer firearm to seller after 3 business days of no response. I wish they would’ve at minimum let me know that they will hold and not release firearm until “officially” cleared. If I knew this I would’ve kept my business local and purchased from my primary shop. So much for me trying to save $30 (price difference). Lesson learned.
