- JHJaden HobbsFeb 7, 20261.0Awful experience. Sunglasses were bought with the full protection plan and when they were exchanged because of a manufacturing defect there was a $40 charge on top! Not only could they “not explain” the charge, but I was never told about it when I purchased the expensive protection plan in the first place! No refund or consolation of any sort was offered. 0/10 experience, am never going back.
- JAJaymond allieFeb 7, 20265.0I love RayBan sunglasses & sometimes it’s easier to buy online but try on in the store so you have the option to buy what you really know looks good - I have been to this Sunglass hut before & been treated weirdly by the awkward employees who just wanna make a commission & have no interest in helping me once they found out I had no plan on buying with them at that time — on 2/6/26 at around 8:00 pm we were met with a very nice, professional male employee - Logan There was seriously a strange dude who approached this employee while I was standing & looking at the RB sunglasses — he wanted this employee, Logan, to give up his (off work) managers personal phone number — apparently this freakazoid saw her in the past & thought this was a very non creepy, awesome way to get a pretty woman’s phone number — crazy work! — but in a polite tone - Logan sent the man on his way in a very professional, non aggressive manner that also gave everyone who could hear the idea that the man should think again & go on his way — I admired that, & his dedication to finding the perfect buy for me tonight. THANKS LOGAN !
