  They take the time to get you the best bra that fits your needs. On top of that they are professional they know what they are doing. Very sweet. Kind. And non-judgmental they just accept you. Even close to closing time they will help you unconditionally. Good people ♥️

  My chest has been a huge insecurity for a long time. I used to say my chest "ruins every outfit". I stopped wearing bras altogether because they were never comfortable. I had been wearing a 38DDD or 42D because a Certain Secret Popular Bra Store sold me on the lie of "sister bra sizes" over 6 years ago. My fiance surprised me by looking into this place and brought me here for our date night. The lady who helped me was so gentle and kind and had such a calming presence despite helping 2 other women at the same time. I could hear the other women in our dressing rooms and they both had different needs than me, and she helped them perfectly too. I heard one lady want something with a deep plunge, another wanted more of a bralette style. I needed a good daily driver bra. Again, she helped all of us with our varying needs like it was the easiest thing in the world. It's clear that this place has honed its craft over a long period of time. The lady who helped me took one gentle touch on the side of my ribs, said "let me grab something for you", and handed me a bra that fit. I mean, REALLY fit. I ended up buying the very first bra she handed me along with another regular bra and a sports bra. I work from home, so I hardly wear bras. Today, I am wearing a bra in my house voluntarily despite not having anywhere I need to go today. I am so grateful, I have never seen my chest look so pretty. I don't feel like my chest ruined my outfit today. I have shared this experience with other large-chested women I know and they are estatic that a place like this exists in Springfield. I hope Shabby Chic gets so much business, they truly deserve it.

  I was pleasantly surprised the customer service was excellent. Was very friendly and very helpful to find me a bra, that would fit me. I drove 3 hours to her shop. I was so happy I felt like I had new girls. Thank you, ladies for what you’ve done for me. And I will be back. I would highly recommend this Bra shop to all you ladies.
