- KPKaleena PorterJan 19, 20261.0I went into Lane Bryant in Springfield, Mo today 1-19-26. The floor by the metal detectors was so gross. Walking in I saw a cute shirt, looked at price $74.95 for a shirt. I was actually looking for Bras. I make my way back there. My daughter said no one is here. I said she is right there with her back towards us. She turns around and says hi. I continue shopping bras, searching for my size. Not once does she offer to help. I find what I need then go to the panties. Still doesn't ask if she can help me find anything, but she did answer my questions. I checked out and as I was walking out, I looked down and the carpet was so gross and there was trash and debris everywhere. It didn't looked like anyone had cleaned it for months. $75 for a shirt and they can't keep there store clean or ask if we need help. Terrible. I used to be able to go in and get fitted for a bra size, etc. I guess I'll have to find a new place to buy bras for bigger people. Sad
