  I always have issues with one particular drive thru staff who will treat people like they are incompetent. However today when picking up an order tis was the worker who was incompetent. By law dispensaries are required to have some sort of seal on the exit package when customers leave with their purchased product, I got home only to find my bag NOT stapled leaving me prone to legal consequences , they may as well have given me an open container of alcohol).this will get reported to authorities and honestly, don't bother trying to call this store their phone is constantly on DND ( keep in mind I was the only person in the drive thru and maybe a car or two in the parking lot.)

  I've been to a ton of dispensaries all over Cali, Colorado, Illionis and Missouri This dispensary here is truly amazing! My bud tender Cam was incredibly friendly and helpful. After visiting dozens of excellent dispos, Key stands above the rest. The good vibes, the menu, the clean facility. I wish I lived closer so I could come by more often! 10/10!!!

  Knowledgeable staff with drive thru & online order pickup. Decent prices. They do take card for a $5 fee

  I was going to key faithfully. The prices were decent and get a medical discount. I have never had any problem with them before. So I go yesterday it was a new guy... so idk if it was him or what. Idk. But they are supposed to show u the product before they staple it up. He did not. I didn't think was that big of deal considering im such a faithful longtime customer. I get to the car to find inside the stapled bad a BAG THAT WAS TORN OPEN. I was going to go back in but how was I going to prove that it was already opened considering HE DID NOT SHOW ME MY PRODUCT! VERY DISSATISFIED... THE 200-400 I spend weekly for my medicine will now be spent somewhere else. I can't believe they are letting their workers ruin business for them. Very sad. The pics are exactly how it was. I won't be going back there EVER! I still have the bag n the smoke. Which I'm not sure is safe to smoke being it wasn't sealed... SMH I hope they start MAKING their workers show u the product before they staple the bag so this doesn't happen again
