  I had such an incredible experience with Cassandra at this location this Easter weekend, and I truly felt compelled to share it. Despite how busy the holiday rush was, Cassandra went completely above and beyond in a way you just don’t see often anymore. She actually took the time to call me personally about a small finishing touch on my arrangement, offering a couple of thoughtful options. When I told her to use her own judgment and creativity, she embraced that trust and absolutely delivered. You can tell Cassandra takes real pride in her work. She handled every detail as if the arrangement were for someone special in her own life. It’s refreshing and honestly rare to come across someone who is so committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. Cassandra sets the bar high, and I wish more managers shared her level of passion, leadership, and attention to detail. I highly recommend this location! With Cassandra leading the team, you can trust that your arrangement will be nothing short of stunning!

  This was a refreshing experience very helpful I order from a different state Cassandra was very intentional with what I need she went above and beyond I will definitely be ordering again and tell all my friends and family how amazing and easy she made this.Cherry on top it was a beautiful arrangement DING DONG ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 stars

  The customer service at this location is amazing. I called after placing and online order. As I was worried if it would make it to the location before 12:00/1:00 o'clock... The lovely lady I spoke with reassured me that she would get my delivery out as soon as possible, so it would get there on time.... I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a special gift for that special someone

  The first order I received had bad berries… I called and they replaced my order… the strawberries were small and they tasted good but, I’m sure for the money that my sister paid for my birthday… they were just ok…

  This place sent the totally wrong arrangement to the recipient & then suggested the recipient bring the wrong arrangement back to the store!! Can you believe it!! They wouldn’t replace with correct arrangement. They offered me $3. I’ll never patronize Springfield Edible Arrangements again.
