This Penney’s scholar had just about the worst attitude I have ever come across. A clearance luggage item missing its price tag and could not be located anywhere. Comparable's online not being anywhere over $150, yet our grand champion stood in front of myself and other managers, arguing about the obvious differences in the item online versus what was in my hand. $300 quoted for a clearance suitcase that I and other managers had substantially proven different from the one our eminence found online to warrant her quoted price. Think twice before making Abby come across the land to assist you. It’s a dangerous game.

One worker asked, did we need any help then proceeded to help everyone other customer, but us. In fact, folks that were just walking up, she began to assist and another worker began to assist. She was from the makeup area so at first, I assumed she just was stepping in to assist. Then, after we watched her assist everyone else, her behavior it was quite clear. Another worker stepped in to take wonderful care of us. However, that does not make up for the lack of respect and dignity the first two workers showed
