  I want to preface this with the fact that this story has a great ending and we were very pleased with how the business responded. I ordered a valentines bouquet for my wife this year and the tulips showed up wilted. We called and the person on the phone was very empathetic and offered us a replacement bouquet no questions asked! It showed up next day and my wife loved it. We have used this florist on multiple occasions and each time they've provided excellent service. Highly recommend them.

  I cannot say enough good things about this flower shop. I called on the fly from Rolla needing an arrangement sent to St. Louis Children’s Hospital, and they were incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Paula was especially wonderful — very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful over the phone. She made the entire process easy! If you need a florist who is responsive, compassionate, and professional, this is the place to call. Highly recommend and very grateful for Paula’s help!

  This is the second time (my husband orders every Valentines Day so we have had many flowers) that the flowers didn’t seem to be thriving at a week when they normally stay beautiful almost 2 full weeks. We contacted them and they sent a beautiful spring bouquet, no questions asked. The first time they also sent a replacement bouquet with no questions either . Their flowers are beautiful and their customer service is unmatched. We will continue to get flowers here because this issue is a rarity but if it does happen, they make it right immediately.

  I recently placed an online order with Walter Knoll Florist (2765 Lasalle St, St. Louis, MO 63104) to pick up flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! The online ordering process was smooth and easy, and when I arrived for pickup, everything was ready right on time. The arrangement turned out absolutely beautiful — fresh, vibrant, and even better than I expected. You can tell they put care and attention into every detail. My wife loved the flowers, and that’s what mattered most to me. I truly appreciate the quality and professionalism.   I have been doing online business with Walter Knoll since 2008. I used to go to their nearby local shop for many, many years earlier than that to pick up arrangements/gifts then deliver them myself. (The local store near me had to close 😔) My daughter also uses Walter Knoll and we send each other flowers from Walter Knoll for different occasions and holidays throughout the year. The arrangements are always amazing and beautiful! I received a beautiful arrangement this past Wednesday for my birthday and today, 2 days later, I noticed that all of the flowers are still gorgeous except for two sets of roses. I didn't want to bother my daughter with this because she has caught the flu along with her children so I decided to call Walter Knoll and let them know myself. They were very kind and listened to what I had to say. I even had pictures to verify what I was saying. I wasn't sure what they could do about this but much to my surprise and excitement, they are sending out a brand new arrangement tomorrow!!! It is so hard to find a company that offers good customer service on top of a company with a strong sense of ntegrity nowadays but Walter Knoll Florist still holds their heads high with integrity and authenticity! I highly recommend them for all of your floral needs! Kudos to Walter Knoll Florist!! ❤️🌹🌻🌷🪻💐❤️ Here is a picture of the flowers when I receive them. They are AMAZING!
