- BMBill McCaddenAug 28, 20251.0If you get regular sunglasses without a prescription the staff is knowledgeable but rude. If you want prescription sunglasses I suggest ordering online or at a different location. When I ordered prescription sunglasses it took the staff member 30 minutes to figure out how to do it in their system. Then it took a month to actually get the sunglasses (about twice as long as promised). During this time I had to call repeatedly for an update and when they actually answered their phone I was usually given a runaround. When finally picking up the sunglasses yesterday I informed the male staff member that I wanted to try them on before signing for them to make sure the lens script was correct. He allowed it but said to not steal them because mall security tackles shoplifters. Super rude and inappropriate thing to say. And made no sense as I already paid for them when I ordered them.

- KSkyle straitAug 12, 20175.0I had a pair of glasses get chewed by a family member's dog, so I came to Sunglass Hut to see if they could reprint my lost receipt. I expected to pay half of retail for replacement, based on their 1-year warranty policy. The store manager checked the date in their records, and very generously offered to replace them for free under their 90-day policy, even though it was a few days past 90. I walked out with a fresh pair of replacement glasses at no cost to me. The next time I want to buy a pair of name-brand sunglasses, I will head straight to this store!
