    I have shopped at my local JCP in St. Joseph for years. I get my hair done in their salon love the girl who has done my hair. But I just had some terrible service picking up my order. The girls literally didn't want to wait on me. My husband saw her say to another associate "I don't wanna wait on her". Ive work in customer service for over 25+ years and thats terrible and unnecessary behavior. Might never shop at this store again.
