  When I visit this location, there are usually some older ladies there that are very pleasant. I believe one of them actually came from the Mills mall location. But last night I stopped in to skim the kids section. The store was clean and empty. There was only 1 other customer inside. I spoke to a gentleman I assumed worked there who did NOT speak back. Later I realized he did in fact work there because he kept coming near the areas I visited to “face” the already “faced” racks. I’ve worked in retail so I get it. I grabbed a couple of Christmas items that were on a table with a sign displaying 90% off. I got to the register and the cashier (another male) said he didn’t know if the items were 90% off the sticker price or regular price. The item came up as marked on the sticker, which was 50% off the regular price. I told him I didn’t want the item. He left (never told me he was) and returned with a lady who could void the item. I asked her about the Christmas clearance and she said the items were 90% off. I told her about the price of the item I had, she told me it was 90%, use your calculator that’s the price. The item was marked as $10, regular price was $19.99 that’s only 50% off the regular price. Then she said she doesn’t know, she can’t change the prices, “Do you want it or not?” I said not for $10. Her reply was, someone else will come buy it and not question the price. Girl because they’re incompetent and don’t realize they’re being slighted! So with that nasty reply I said I don’t want anything and pray yall have a better day. Literally the worst experience and they don’t have to worry about me returning! You will not speak to me any kind of way and think I’m still going to spend money with you. You took a customer service job, quit if you don’t like it!

  The lady there she Was holding stuff even though she’s not supposed to hold it she holded it like five pairs of pants she had a blonde wig on a Saturday. I really wanted those pants and the lady jst started bragging abt the pants

  So since my first review was deleted, I'll rewrite it again. This place is terrible in selection, quality, customer service. And their staff are rude and liars. Had a issue with a return. Had my receipt and paid by debit card. I accidentally forgot my card at home. So I assumed just like EVERYWHERE ELSE, you can get the cash back instead of on the card. My purchase was literally 12.99. The cashier tells me she couldn't do that. And I would need the card. I then said how about store credit. Then as I was looking it up on my phone and said debit is as good as cash (OUT LOUD TO MYSELF), she got mad for whatever reason. And asked, "did you just look that up?". And guess what? She ended up giving me my 1 day return WITH RECEIPT in cash. And she also insuated that I didn't hear what came out of her mouth. Again, I will KEEP posting my experience with this trash, outdated, no selection store. Also already contacted corporate. Please to not go to this location. Their selection is TRASH. Was a waste of time and $12.99. 😂
