  The level of customer service here is ridiculously terrible. I come in say good morning to the girl and the guy working the counter not a single response not a single smile I won’t be back. They didn’t even offer to help or anything. I was planning on spending $200 here today and with their sour attitude, I turned around and left.

  This location is well stocked and reasonably priced. The plentiful clearance sections are an extra added bonus.

  Today was my wife's and myself first time to visit Beall's in Rolla Missouri.Was a nice shopping adventure and we did fine several things that we purchased .We like the fact was clean and organized and staff was friendly.Its a store we will surely return too Was a nice post on the upper wall that new things arriv weekly .Bathrooms are nice clean .Overall picture of the store give it A

  Rough experience. When trying to check out, there was no one at the register. Had to wait several minutes for someone to appear from the back. They were very nice and apologized but let me know there is only two of them and the company expects them to have things on the floor but are short handed. With this being a brand new store, you’d hope customer service would be priority. I’d recommend going to TJ or Ross instead
