  I purchased a bag at the Michael Kors boutique yesterday, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The team is incredibly welcoming, professional, and has a great eye for fashion. A special shoutout to Alexander, who was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and explained the current promotions and discounts so clearly. I truly enjoyed the entire shopping process and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Highly recommended!

  We loved the experience at there This store. The sales person who was the manager of the store was so helpful, very well mannered and knows about his products really well. We will be going there more and more.

  The Michael Kors in the Galleria had the sweetest most helpful staff- Alexander was real and helped me and my boss pick gorgeous bags and accessories without being too pushy- he and Jasmine were extremely attentive without being over bearing and I loved spending my time and money there

  I placed an order for a pair of boots and a pair of sunglasses. Will you place the order? There's an alert about how many points that you earn from that particular purchase. So I called into customer service for two reasons. The first reason is I did not see the boots on the order when I reviewed the order after I placed it, I only saw the sunglasses. Second, the points that I've earned over time had expired. So my question was how do I access the points and use them prior to them expiring? I wanted to know if I receive an email about how the points points benefiting me such as free shipping or 10% off the customer service person who answered the phone. I I confirmed that my boots were part of the order. Asked him those questions about the VIP points his answers were vague and he sound like he was in a rush. He sound like he didn't want to be on the phone. So I apologize for taking up his time and asked to speak to someone else that may be able to answer my questions. He said to me I already answered your questions but if you want to speak to somebody else I'll transfer you. So I asked him to go ahead and transfer me to somebody else. Another representative got on the phone. At that point I was just over it and I was wanting to cancel my order. I also wanted to speak to a supervisor. I canceled my order and there was no supervisor to speak with me. I'll never shop with Michael kors again.
