From the moment I walked in, the energy was welcoming, but the real MVP was my budtender RICKI. This man gave me the BEST customer service I’ve ever had at any dispensary, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cool to talk to. He broke everything down for me, recommended exactly what I needed, and made sure I left confident in what I was getting. It felt like VIP treatment without even asking for it. It’s rare these days to find someone who actually cares about the customer experience, but Key Cannabis definitely has one. Because of this I’ll forever come back.
