    Selection are very low on my size and taste. Most items are for the very young or blue hair club.

    Literally do not know how this store is still business. Went in today to EXCHANGE some jeans that my husband got as a gift for Christmas. They were one size too small. I told the woman at the counter that he received them as a Christmas gift, showed her the screenshots of the order number and still had all the original packaging. So she was aware that I did not purchase the jeans myself. Went to the back of the store and found the correct sizes and brought them back up to the from (mind you I had to stand in line first to let them know the situation, then again to exchange) once I finally got to the front for the second time and what does she do? She did a return and put the money back on the card that purchased the jeans originally!!! After explaining the situation 2 times!!!! Like seriously? She literally was told that THEY WERE A GIFT! why would you return the money to the card? KNOWING I WAS NOT THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER? Good lord! so after standing in line and tuning around the store for almost an hour I left empty handed. I could have just purchased the jeans myself, but I refuse to spend any money here. I will just order his jeans through Levi’s website Rather than spend any here. I know if this store closes it will refuse jobs in Poplar Bluff, but honestly some of these employees need to have jobs in a different industry anyway. Retail clearly isn’t for everyone.
