The manager agrees the shelf is bad but not only can he not change it because of corporate but he also can't discount my hat for me. I'll find a hat elsewhere. P.s. all the employees were super friendly and as helpful as can be. This review does not reflect on any of them but is meant for stupid corporate policies on advertising / marketing
