We have taken a set of diamond earrings back to have them repaired four times! Each time nothing is covered under the warranty. As of today I have came out of pocket for repairs more than I originally bought the earrings for! We will never give this establishment any more of our hard earned money.

I went in with a tarnished, tangled necklace with a lot of sentimental value to my fiancée under the impression that it’d take 7-10 days to clean and untangle. Instead, the jeweler just tidied it up and cleaned it on the spot for no charge. I even got my ring size in the meantime. The least I could do is encourage more people to go somewhere like the Jewelry Exchange, they’ll look out for you.
