    Duncan is an amazing family owned business. They are hands down the best jewelry store at the lake. Stephanie is the absolute sweetest! She had helped my husband shop for me at Christmas this past year. She did such a good job that I decided to shop with them for my 10 year wedding anniversary ring upgrade. She was never pushy. She also never seemed annoyed or irritated that I came in to try on the same ring three or four times. I wanted to customize that particular ring and they were excited to do so and didn’t hesitate to listen to everything that I wanted. It turned out perfect and we will be lifelong customers with Duncan. Thank you guys so much for being the best at what you do and true professionals.

    I’ve been trusting Duncan Jewelry for more than 25 years for all my jewelry needs. They are a family business which I prefer to do business with over a big corporation. Weather you’re in the market for a simple necklace or a gorgeous wedding ring they have it all. I love that they will do anything to make sure you walk out with peace of mind. Also their service department is amazing. Eric and Mike have an amazing eye for detail and can clean or customize your jewelry however your heart desires. I truly love when you walk in you are treated with a warm smile and the desire to make you feel special. This is a great family run business that truly enjoys what they do.
