    Abbie was FANTASTIC! Came in to look into upgrading for our 10 year wedding anniversary and she took exceptional care of us! We left with two new bands/rings and a new necklace for my husband! Thanks a lot, Abbie!

    i have gone here since i met my wife in 2004 and always had a good experience. i returned on friday to get my wife's ring cleaned and to possibly buy my wife another necklace. when i talked to a sales associate about the warranty he responded with short and snarky comments. i was a little surprised so i walked away. i walked back over to the same guy since he wasn't busy to ask about taking a closer look at a necklace for my wife and he responded with he would rather not help and instead i should wait for someone else to show me jewelry because that really wasn't his job. its highly unlikely that i will ever buy anything from Shane Co. after this experience. i found this persons attitude to be a bit ridiculous and unnecessary. i might not look like a well off person but i like to buy my wife nice jewelry. I will just have to go somewhere else going forward.

    Parker was absolutely amazing. I ordered my ring online, and we didn’t get the sizing right. We went in to get the ring resized and look at some wedding bands. Parker was super understanding, hyped up our ring, and was just amazing all around. I will definitely be coming back to get our wedding bands and any kind of jewelry service we need. Parker made the whole experience worth it.

    My fiancée and I recently got engaged, so we visited Shane Co. to have the ring resized and to start looking at wedding bands. Parker assisted us during our visit, and his energy was absolutely incredible. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel special and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of our questions, offered thoughtful suggestions, and genuinely seemed excited for us, which made the moment even more memorable. We truly appreciated his professionalism and enthusiasm, it made a big difference in such an important milestone for us.

    Every visit to Shane Co makes you feel valued. The staff genuinely care about your experience as a customer and treat you like family. They don’t work on commission so when the sales person didn’t understand exactly what we were looking for she was happy to point us to someone that did. Jess was amazing at teaching us about sapphires and showing us different options. On our last visit to look at rings before my fiancé made a purchase we were helped by a very kind and attentive man with longer hair whose name I unfortunately can’t remember. We had asked for Jess again and she was busy, but the service we got from the other staff member was just as amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ve taken my ring in once to be cleaned so far and the kindness doesn’t stop after you’ve made a purchase. You also can’t beat their warranty. I’m very impressed by and grateful for our experience with Shane Co!
