  Been buying from Shane Co. for over 20 yrs, obviously I keep coming back because there is no where better. Kali was very attentive and super to work with and after 20 yrs I am extremely "particular" in my choices.

  I want to say First of all the PERSON that made my experience the best is ERIN COLLIER!!! She is absolutely phenomenal! I have worked in many industries and with many people in my life. I never imply and never assume I know what someone has done, where they have been, what their background is and/or what they may want in something. When I walked into Shane Co. we didn’t have to wait long and Erin took us in. She asked me what is it we were looking for? What was our price range? Two important and prudent questions. lol. With those two questions however, she listened to every detail of what I wanted in my ring. 💍 Basically building my ring up. I adore her because she brought out the exact diamonds I wanted for the style of ring I wanted along with the facets and we added more bands and the kind of diamonds I wanted in the bands . I appreciate Erin for being patient, kind and listening to what I wanted. The proposal was beautiful and I’ll never forget it. I’ve never had a ring like this and I appreciate the quality you all provided us! I do want to say the process of trying to get your loan was a hassle when all we did was just go to the bank. And even then we had a bit of hassle. I’d rather not get into the logistics. I just think it was silly just to say he couldn’t get the loan due to his phone number in which he has had for over 30 years. SMH kind of silly and he doesn’t have bad credit. I want to literally state that because it is a silly process. So to others, I’d rather go to your financial institution if you need a loan. Possibly less APR rate. 😘 Still Great Service and wonderful quality!! We/esp I am very proud and finally have my happily ever after♥️ Thank you Erin Collier for your extreme and extraordinary customer service!! You definitely went 💯 beyond. It wasn’t complicated it was that YOU ACTUALLY LISTENED AND WERE SO SWEET AND GENUINE!!! There need to be more pple like you in this world 🌎 to truly care, understand and feel what the two pple are feeling during their engagement!! 💕💕💕 Wishing you much success P.s. to anyone who reads this… yes it is long but if I post anywhere it is rare but it is for a reason!!😘😘
