- BKBo KrolikFeb 14, 20261.0I (as someone who is not knowledgeable in the flower field) went in and asked for a bouquet WITHOUT any flowers unsafe for cats (lillies, carnations, etc.) I had 2 florists say that the bouquet i picked was cat safe. It had both lillies and carnations. i am very unhappy with this service and will not be returning.

I recently ordered an arrangement for a funeral to be delivered to the funeral home. I understand that things happen, however they called me the day AFTER the funeral to let me know that they were unable to complete my order. I should have been notified prior to the scheduled delivery date if they were unable to deliver so that I could potentially assess other options. They offered to deliver to the home if I had the address, but offered nothing else to make it right other than a refund. Highly disappointed.
