    Once again so very disappointed in WKF. I don’t know what's going on with their floral designers but I am tired of ordering from their pictures and getting nothing remotely like it delivered. This was ordered for a funeral and deliverered this past friday. This is only 48 hours later. What a disaster of an arrangement. I have got to find a new florist this has happened the last 3 arrangements I have sent. Absolutely not acceptable for over $125 spent.

    WKF never disappoints. Love love love them. Website is easy to use, flowers are always beautiful, they deliver same day usually and the pricing is great for the high quality you get. Rewards program is a perk too. Just got $20 off my latest arrangement. Highly recommend

    My boyfriend bought me flowers on Friday and they were beautiful but quickly began to wilt. I called the next day and they were very understanding. The icy weather prevented me from returning them that day and they said not to hurry. The following day, Sunday, we brought them to the store and they seemed happy to replace them. 10/10 will use this florist again. Amazing customer service and a beautiful product!
