  Of course they are a terrific jewelry store but they also do amazing repairs. I annually bring all my watches at one time for batteries. This year it was Marian's turn to wait on me. What a delight!. Fun, funny, professional. And yes I walked out with a new bracelet for my husband that she helped me with. Very hard to just wait without browsing. Can never leave without a black bag. Lol. Thanks Marian...he loves it.

  I went there twice to have my platinum necklace mended. Each time, they didn't return the section that was taken off. The second time, I clearly told the female receptionist not to take off the broken section. She said she had to take my necklace to the backstage to ask about it. After a long time, she came out and handed it to me, saying it was fixed! I thought she had passed on my request. So I wore it home directly. A few days later, I took it off to count the sections and found that, just like the first time, one section was missing! I was extremely angry! I went back there and demanded to see the manager. They wouldn't let me see their manager and wouldn't compensate for my loss! I was so furious! Don't go to this thieving store!

  As an avid watch collector I find Meierotto’s to have a very impressive inventory of entry level all the way to high end luxury watches. My go to saleswoman is definitely Hannah she has treated me very good no matter what level of watch I’m looking to buy. I recommend her if you are looking to purchase anything from Meierotto.   My initial experience going to Meierotto was a good one. Our sales associate, Emily (I think this was her name) was very helpful and attentive. My biggest issue was poor communication. My boyfriend and I bought our rings back in August 2025 and for my ring, he was told it would take 6-8 weeks to get the ring, no problem. But 6-8 weeks came and went, and we never heard anything. He finally called them in February and was told it would be ready in two weeks. He got the call two weeks later when it was ready. During this call they only told him that the ring was ready to pick up. He was under the impression when he went to the store that he would still be able to make payments each month and possibly pay it off early. It wasn’t until he asked about what the remaining balance was and if he could make bigger payments that he was told that he would have to either pay the balance in full or they would have to do a credit check to come up with a payment plan. Paying off the ring in full wasn’t necessarily an issue, but it would've been nice for him to be aware of this prior to going to pick up the ring instead of being a little shocked when they asked for the remaining $5k. On top of this, we never received any kind of receipt or paperwork prior to picking up our rings. We basically just paid for our rings in August and that was it. No kind of communication on when each month they would take $200 out of my boyfriend’s account. I paid for his ring outright and still never received any kind of receipt/paperwork until I picked it up later on. And then the cherry on top of the sundae was that the wedding band we liked and chose to go with my ring, never got added to our order. Which is unfortunate because now I can't remember which band I picked out initially. We'd like to eventually come back down the road and pick out a band, but we feel somewhat hesitant to come back other than to have my ring cleaned in the future.

  I had a great experience buying from David and Hannah. I was able to purchase 2 watches from them and a 3rd for a friend of mine. They made the process smooth. The watches are great. I’ve already started to refer friends there way. They had 3 watches in stock that I could not find at other watch companies around. Then I showed up and saw a massive selection of new and pre-owned watches. Thank you both!
