  Macy at Merieotto’s was truly fantastic to work with. She was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and especially helpful with engagement rings (something I really needed guidance on). I can’t recommend working with her enough if you’re looking for help with any of your jewelry needs!

  I can't give enough praise. I bought a watch here with the assistance of David whom was amazing. People knew my name and knew it was my birthday even though I didn't tell all of them. David was patient , accommodating, and knowledgeable throughout my search which resulted in the watch that I chose. Everyone was pleasant and kind the entire time. 5 stars isn't enough. To David and everyone else thank you for the experience. I will be back.

  Unfortunately, I had a poor experience here. I’ve visited Meierotto three times, and the last visit drove my boyfriend and me away. The first two times we worked with Ashley H., who was wonderful. On 2/21 around 10:30am, I came in with my mom to finally decide on my engagement ring. A saleswoman with a brown wavy bob (mid 20s–30s) helped us. After asking if we’d been there before and who previously assisted us, her demeanor shifted a bit. She walked over to Ashley, who was helping another couple, and asked loudly enough for me to hear from several feet away, “Are they buying today?” After Ashley said no, she returned with a noticeably dismissive, somewhat snotty attitude. She barely spoke to us, pulled out rings without any engagement, and kept looking toward the door as if waiting for her next client. She never introduced herself or offered a business card, so I don’t even know her name. My boyfriend was ready to buy pending my decision, but the experience left such a bad impression that we decided to take our business elsewhere. Ashley H. was great, but unfortunately this interaction overshadowed everything. We ended up going to a jeweler in Johnson County.

  The place is so big and fancy for a reason cuz they're making a lot of money ripping people off. We took our gold and coins there for a quote on buying them from us they gave us such a low ball offer and didn't put any time and effort into it. We took our stuff to we buy Gold they gave us over $1,000 more than this place offered us Don't take anything there to sell it or at least make sure you go to two or three places
