    I ordered flowers on Tuesday for a funeral on Friday morning. Drove almost 3 hours to the funeral. No flowers delivered . I called before the service began. Got put on hold . Finally had to hang up to attend the service. No one tried to call me back. I called again and got put hold again for a long time. Finally they get back on the phone and say sorry it was a supply chain issue! I did not order anything fancy. Pretty standard flowers. Over a hundred dollar arrangement. Between Tuesday and Friday if there was an issue with supply chain or my order someone could have called me. Di embarred that our flowers did not get there and the ridiculous response from the shop .I think they thought since I was out of state that I'd never know my flowers weren't delivered. Do not trust this florist. No morals at all

    I would not be getting flowers from you again because it was sent to wrong address, it was sent to a house, And not my wifes school she works at. Luckily the house you did send it to, had the common curtisy to call the my number on the card and let me know it was sent to the wrong address. And this was for my wives birthday. 0 out of 10 will not get my business again or referred to people I know.

    Ordered flowers on 11/14 for delivery on 11/17 gave instructions that it needed to be delivered by 4pm due to it being delivered to a business. After they weren’t delivered I contacted them and they stated that it had just gone out for delivery and was expected to be delivered between 5-7pm. Glad this was for a special occasion or anything. First and last time doing business with this company.

    Every time I order from Ruth’s, the flowers are absolutely beautiful and always arrive so quickly. This shop is truly a staple in my hometown, and the owners and staff are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. They’re such a breath of fresh air, and I’m so thankful for the care they put into making sure the flowers I send to my grandmother are perfect every time. Ruth’s really goes above and beyond, and I couldn’t recommend them more!

    It was our 41st Wedding Anniversary and as I had done every year before, I had given my precious wife a rose for every year she had put up with me. Due to my wife's Mother going thru Cancer treatments in Knoxville where they now live, my wife was in Knoxville helping as best she can with her parents and their battle so I had to get 41 long stem roses delivered to my wife at her parent's home five hundred miles away from our home in Florida. I found Ruth's Flower's and Gifts on the Internet and gave her a ring. I was advised that her company could not guarantee a delivery time and the bouquet arrived a day later than I had hoped, Ruth's delivered a beautiful arrangement of 41 long stem roses to my wife one day after our 41st anniversary. I must say they were worth the wait! Thank you again for all your help with my awkward flower dilemma and if my wife is at her parents again on our Wedding Anniversary, I will make sure to give you a call! Robert Taylor
