Customer service could also be better—no one greets you when you walk in, and I’m a big fan of being welcomed both when entering and leaving a place. The decorations are beautiful and give the store a warm, New Year’s feel. The temperature inside is perfect, and the décor at the entrance makes you feel welcomed right away. The prices are very good, whether items are on discount or not. The products are high-quality and built to last if you take care of them. They don’t sell cheap clothing or items made with low-quality materials, which explains why the prices are a little higher—but it’s worth it. They offer great gifts and items perfect for friends, family, and loved ones. Overall, I’d give the store 4 to 5 stars. A simple greeting would really elevate the customer service and make the store feel even more like home. Plus, it’s the holidays—come on, guys!
