  I can't say enough wonderful things about Lisa and everything she has done to build my family's relationship with Tivol at the Country Club Plaza. I've been honored to know Lisa for over 20 years now, and am so grateful she's been on my personal journey with everything from getting engaged, to getting married, to even celebrating with me and helping me navigate what being a "Girl Dad" is all about, :). She's even gone so far to assist our family in serving food and drink at surprise birthdays for my grandmother! She is a relationship builder who consistently puts others first as demonstrated by her warmth, kindness and attitude towards others. Lisa is a huge reason our family will only go to Tivol for our jewelry needs, not just because her extensive help and knowledge base, but because of how she makes it feel like home every time we visit. Thank you, Lisa!

  Of all the jewelry and watch retailers in the greater Kansas City area, Tivol stands head and shoulders above the rest. I have never experienced this caliber of hospitality, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail anywhere else. They expertly resized my wife's wedding ring and provided outstanding service on my Rolex, handling both with the utmost care and craftsmanship. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dominic, who is hands-down one of the finest sales associates I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His deep knowledge of fine jewelry and timepieces is truly impressive, and his genuine, welcoming demeanor made the entire experience feel personal and special. As an out-of-town visitor, I was treated like a longtime, valued client from the moment I walked through the door. Highly, highly recommended!

  I had a great experience with Ashton Kate Davis at Tivol! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about all the jewelry. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Ashton’s professionalism and genuine care really stood out. I highly recommend working with her!

  Kathryn and Tivol are amazing. Kathryn is always so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciate the extra mile she goes to answer our questions. Thank you for helping us most recently with our anniversary gift! Also like to give a thank you to Dominic he was awesome as well.

  While shopping for the perfect birthday gift, a friend suggested I contact Lynn at TIVOL. I'm so glad I did, even though I'm a thousand miles away. Right away Lynn listened to my ideas and immediately shared multiple options. Over the next few days, Lynn totally joined in my excitement and made the whole process really fun. I especially appreciate she had ideas I never considered. ...Bingo, that one!... Lynn truly helped make the birthday perfect. I'll absolutely be back to see you, Lynn!
