  The staff here are so great. Store is always pleasantly organized and clean. I've been helped by Ms. P, Ms. Toni, and Kiki. They are hilarious, kind, and supportive! Will plan to return often!

  If I could give zero stars I would! I was racially profiled and had a terrible shopping experience. One of the emoloyees did not speak to me, the other brought me bras and pressured me to try them on so that I could leave the dressing room. Leaving the dressing room, they both were standing outside the door, looked at me, and I had to ask them to come check me out as I was walking towards the cash register. When I checked out and turned around security was leaving the store. This is completely unacceptable behavior, as I do not and will never steal. I have called and filed a complaint, and will continue to file one until something is done.

  Patreace and Lenesha were the absolute best during my visit to this store. They provided top- tier customer service and honest feedback on the items I selected. I found the perfect dress thanks to them. Thank you ladies!!!

  This is the worst Lane Bryant store I have ever been to. If I could give negative stars, I would. Kiki was horribly rude, not just to me, but to other customers, as well. After a couple of ladies left the store before us, she proceeded to talk to me about them and about how they smelled. She very rudely told me and my husband that she knew what she was doing and didn't need me to tell her anything. She said she could call customer service to help me figure out why I couldn't get a store credit put back on my card, then proceeded to complain about how long it would take. We think this is what set her off (having to do her job). She was condescending, gaslighting, rude, and passive aggressive. It literally came out of nowhere. My husband and I were shocked!! Worst customer service ever! The receipt wouldn't print, so she told me I could take a picture of the computer. I asked her to back away from me, because I didn't want her near me while I took the picture. As we were leaving and everything was done, she then called security on us, used my name from my Lane Bryant card I had just used to pay for my items. She now has all my personal information, which is unnerving. In reality she should have security called on her. I assume she needed to feel validated in her wrongful behavior. To which, we waited for security, and they advised me to call customer service on her and complain, because she shouldn't be calling them for nothing. We chuckled and moved on. I let her know I will never shop Lane Bryant again. I have since cut my card up, I am finished with this company! Thousands of dollars spent with this company and their Lane Bryant card. Use caution! It was nuts!

  Staff are super friendly without making the experience feel pressured. The store has a wide range of inventory with constant shipments being rolled out to the floor. The store was clean and free of cluttered areas.
