  Stopped in to grab my 19 mo daughter her 1st Vans & I got myself a pair too. The 2 that help my wife and I was great. Professional, fun, the one in the pink vans was killing it & a big help with my little. Great experience.

  Five stars all the way. Huge shoutout to Terrill at the Vans store in the plaza. He helped me during one visit and also helped my girlfriend on a completely separate interaction, and both experiences were outstanding. Terrill was knowledgeable, genuine, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of. I am a veteran, and he was genuinely enthusiastic about making sure I received my military discount, which meant a lot to me. It is incredibly appreciated when people acknowledge your service years after the fact. Because of employees like him, we will absolutely continue buying as much Vans apparel as possible. We already love the brand, but it is the people who truly make it what it is. Team members like Terrill deserve public recognition for the first class experience they create. A brand is nothing without great people, and he represents Vans incredibly well.

  Vans Old Skools are a staple in my wardrobe! I appreciate being able to buy online and pickup my pair of shoes in store so I don't have to wait for shipping. Make sure you join the free rewards program! The staff is always super helpful and can lace a pair of shoes insanely fast 😁

  Store Manager Damien, has gone absolutely above and beyond in assisting me. I was looking for one very particular pair of shoes that were sold out online, at my local store and two other stores close *ish* to me. I spoke to Damien and was told he had the shoes I needed in the size I needed. I was not looking forward to driving over 3 hours to get them though, he offered to ship them to my local store, contact my local store manager to let him know they were coming, sent me an email with tracking so I could be updated every step of the way. Truly this guy should be working at a higher end place or a different form of retail, where his commitment to guest experience and satisfaction would be showcased better, because he has 100% blown away any and all expectations I had for a Vans store. He has carried himself with professionalism, kindness and overall clearly has a deep desire to take care of the guests shopping at his store.
