However, some of the flowers were wilted from the cold. I contacted Tobler's and sent pictures and email asking about flower arrangement and my concerns. Ezra, was absolutely terrific, she apologized for the arrangement and scheduled a new arrangement for today's delivery. My wife sent pictures of their arrival and said their absolutely gorgeous! I will use Tobler's moving forward, for they rectified an issue and stand behind their values. Thank you Tobler!
