  TIVOL offers a fantastic browsing & buying experience, More specifically AJ. You can just see passion and knowledge she has for the pieces and brands is very remarkable. From the moment you come in to when you leave she and the whole staff there treats you like family. Sure they all can be friendly and assist you in what your wanting, but going above and beyond in the way they make you feel is something else entirely. I'll just end on this note, I live in Omaha Ne (3 hours away from kansas City) with a Rolex/ Tudor dealer within 5 miles from my residence and the 3 pieces ive purchased from AJ at TIVOL, I've chosen a 6 hour round trip opposed to purchase from her opposed to the not so friendly and overall experience ive received from my local AD. Thanks again to the entire staff at TIVOL and look forward to the future. --Chris--

  Being a true watch enthusiast, Tivol is a rare treasure. Percy is an absolute joy to work with for all of your jewelry purchases, always recommending pieces that align with your personal tastes and within your budget. But she truly shines when I come in to shop for a timepiece. Percy has a real passion for watches and will spend time sharing stories of unique watches she has come across in her travels. Percy values relationships above all else and shows true care and consideration in all her work. No matter your jewelry or watch needs, you will be hard pressed to find better care and service than what Percy provides. I cannot recommend her strongly enough. Go see Percy!

  While Tivol's has always taken customer service to a higher level, I recently had the privilege of meeting Lynn Lena and she is just fantastic! I went in looking for a new watch strap which she quickly handled, and now she's working hard finding me the watch of my dreams! Her patience, warmth, and consistent communication have made me a customer for life! Thanks for taking such good care of me and my people Lynn!

  Lisa at Tivol on the Plaza is simply outstanding. She helped me choose a pair of earrings for my fiance, and she made the entire experience feel thoughtful and personal. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered great insight without being pushy, and made sure I felt confident in the final decision. It’s clear she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. I’ll absolutely be working with her again.

  I had a fantastic experience working with Dominic Q. at Tivol. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and helpful he was not just as a salesperson, but as a true watch enthusiast who understands collectors at every level. I brought a few friends with me who ranged from complete beginners to experienced collectors, and Dominic took the time to walk everyone through the watches, explain details clearly, and make sure each person felt comfortable and informed. He never rushed us and genuinely seemed to enjoy sharing his knowledge. Beyond being a great salesperson, Dominic is simply a great person to talk watches with. If you’re considering a Rolex, Patek Philippe, or any other model, I highly recommend stopping by Tivol and asking for him. You’ll be well taken care of.
