The moment I walked in, I felt like I was being sized up and treated like a problem instead of a customer. The staff — especially the so-called “security/cop” — stared me down like I was about to steal something. Yes, their words were polite, but the energy was the complete opposite. You could feel they were just dying to get me out of the store. The vibe was tense, judgmental, and straight-up classist. I walked out without buying anything because I refuse to spend a single dollar in a place that treats customers like criminals. Disgusting behavior, disgusting atmosphere. They should respect hard-working people — whether it’s a construction worker or an insurance agent. I’m honestly left without words.

It was just a whole experience— the way we were greeting, the energy, the way we got to look at every option of jewelry, down to the handwritten note, and wrapping of the bracelet that we got!!! we got Ashton Davis as our gal that Helped us and she was the best ever— she said that she had only worked there for three months, and I would have thought she had worked there for years, so great with customer service, connecting, and really helping the client figure out what was best! Can’t wait to be back!!!

Lisa, the associate who helped me, changed that immediately. She asked me for the model I was searching for, gave me a realistic timeline, and promptly took down my information so she could let me know when a watch would become available. We chatted about vacations, family, and everything in between. Outside of this, she searched high and low for a display model similar to it, so I could see the white gold in person. It was a great experience, and I didn't even buy anything. I can't wait for when I do!
