  Came in for a exchange on a top and the manager, i believe her name was Emily, helped me exchange it, she was very helpful and knowledgeable which made the whole process go by smoothly and quickly.

  Terrible customer service. I purchased 3 bras totaling over $160. I was exited about my purchase and removed the tags, after trying them on again at home I decided they had too much padding and attempted to exchange them for something with less padding 4 days later. They had not been worn and I had the receipt. The manager Emily was unwilling to accept the return/exchange and was incredibly dismissive. She said they couldn’t take them back because without the tags they wouldn’t be able to tell what they were, even though the same info on the tag is listed on the fabric tag sewn into the bra. Additionally one of the bras sold to me had a hand written tag on it when I purchased it. Apparently that was good enough to sell it to me but couldn’t be done again if returned. I’m so disappointed and will not be purchasing anything else from Lane Bryant. I truly believe I would have been treated better if returning $10 bras to Walmart.

  Emily was super nice! She helped me find my size and even showed me some styles i would have not considered otherwise.

  I was in the store today returning items for my wife, and an older woman handled the return for me. She was abrupt and rude to me, but then was nice to the female customer that was beside me. I am unsure if it was because of the return or another reason. It did make me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
