No rubber caps on the carts and the tamper seal was broken. Will be updating this review after i speak with the customer care team. EDIT: and the gram of concentrates i got is as black as night, Since when are elevate concentrates this awful? That ones not on the dispensary tho
- DBdennis baker5 days ago1.0I am a dispensary shopper and I went to this place today and I took my friend with me and usually when I go to places and I'm brand new we get a discount or something to give us an incentive to come back or to purchase this place offered nothing and the person behind the desk didn't even have any enthusiasm I'm pretty sure he might have been too high to try to even sell anything to anybody he actually told me that on my second visit there I could get a discount which doesn't make sense but anyway lost my business

ONLY reason I continue to go here is because it’s right down the street. Over 24hrs ago at this point I ordered $20 worth of product, that should put me at well over 100 points but of course as I went today and got another preroll I was still at 99 points and you can see in the screenshot after they were closed it was still at 99 points. I realize it’s only a preroll but I only went there to get the points for a free one and of course it didn’t work. This is nothing against the staff they are very nice, but their system isn’t great and they don’t have great prices. Much better options in the kc area
