Went to shop for bargains for my grandkids and did not find one thing that I believed they would want. The clothes are now for older adults. So disappointing. And as we wait for them to open up. We see over 15 vehicles parked up close to the store that should have a designated place for employees. The customers have to walk further cause the employees are taking the ones in front of the store. I use to be a manger. This would not be allowed.

Customer service were doing a great job with one of the two registers not working. They stayed pleasant and did their best to assistant everyone as quickly and effectively as they could. Ive never had a bad shopping experience at a JCPenny location in Kansas City to date. Hope it will stay this way.
