I was told by someone who appeared to be the manager that I would receive an emailed receipt after that tell their system that I picked up the shoes. 15 hours later and I still do not have an emailed receipt. Hopefully the shoes I bought as a Christmas gift will fit my kids. Maybe just skip the pick up order and go buy in person if you are worried about technology failure.
