The only bad thing I've noticed is that they seem to get bulk shipments so they will have plenty of sizes but not in widths. One store will have a lot of wide shoes then another store will have a lot of regular width. So if you are looking for one or the other you can usually find it at another DSW.

- HMHannah MillerDec 5, 20252.0Placed a pick up order. I never received a confirmation email. When I went to the store to pick up the shoes I asked for a receipt. I was told by someone who appeared to be the manager that I would receive an emailed receipt after that tell their system that I picked up the shoes. 15 hours later and I still do not have an emailed receipt. Hopefully the shoes I bought as a Christmas gift will fit my kids. Maybe just skip the pick up order and go buy in person if you are worried about technology failure.

I wouldn't say they are overly crowded but they have a steady stream of customers throughout the day and it is a big building so there is plenty of room to move around.
