- JCJessica CloudDec 2, 20251.0It pains me to give one star. I have always bought my bras at Lane Bryant and have loved going there. On Black Friday, I went there to get myself and my daughter sized. First, the woman who measured me didn’t even take us in the back by the fitting rooms like whoever has measured me in the past, every time I’ve been taken to the back to be measured. They were really busy, so I overlooked it even though I thought it was strange. Next, I told her that I had lost over 100 lbs since I last got measured and that the bra I was wearing which was a g cup, was WAY too big. She proceeded to measure me and then she told me that my measurements were 28 H! I have NEVER been an H cup. She told me that there would not be any bras there that would fit me, even though I told her that there was no way I measured H because the bra I was currently wearing wasn’t even an H. She told me to go Kohls. Kohls does not have great bras. lol. So I had to take my daughter to Kohls to try on a myriad of sizes until we found one that fit. When I found one that fit, I found one that fit me just ok that was 38 C. C, y’all. I wanted a good quality bra and was willing to pay the money for it, I still do want a good quality bra that I know Lane Bryant has. I’m very disappointed that I couldn’t get one for me or my daughter who also needs a good quality bra. She missized my daughter as well. I don’t know if she was new or maybe just didn’t know what she was doing, but I hope someone from this location sees this and wants to make it right because I have been a loyal customer for like a decade. Just very disappointing.
