  We are all in a holiday rush but when I went to Dunham's I was greeted, asked if I needed help finding anything and when I told them what I was looking for I was directed right where I could find it, unfortunately this item was located in another part of the store but while I was looking for it the manager on duty came up, apologized for the miss guided spot and kindly walked me over to where I could find it and even helped me choose the right color for my grandson's gift. I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him credit. Prices are quite reasonable too.

  I would give a zero star review if possible so my son and his friends were shopping in the store and checking out basketball equipment when he took his brand new hoodie of and laid on the rack for a moment when an employee took it and walked to the back when she repaired he asked her for his property back where in which her and two other employees were instantly extremely rude to my son and his friends saying they weren't responsible for watching his belongings and they needed to leave her store immediately and had my children kicked out of the mall so I returned to get my son's property when I address the first person I see asking for a manager and explained what was happening the girl at the register knew full already because she was involved everyone acted clueless until she broke and said it was in the back "in" the trash I honestly thought I heard her misspeak because why would it be in the trash but no she didn't he brought back my son's property dripping wet from having been in their trash and having a monster energy drink poured on it. Not one apology or explanation was given I have reached out and heard crickets in return they employee theirs and then stand behind them and won't return a call to address the issue. I do believe the police station will be my next stop and attorney because you honestly got me messed up the way you delt with these teenagers you are supposed to be adults and lead by example and instead you are stealing from your customers and having them thrown out of the store when confronted the employee was Jerrylynnn or Darylynn they were to embarrassed to speak to me like adults and the one guy who did was in shock and this was the Best information I could get I did get my son's stuff back but honestly at this point it's the principal of the matter actions need to be held accountable.
