- NGnene gregMar 29, 20261.0I’ve visited Academy Sports + Outdoors multiple times, and unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. There seems to be a serious issue with how customers and employees are treated in this store. On several visits, I observed a manager named Dorothy speaking in a way that came across as dismissive and unprofessional, not only toward customers but also toward staff. It creates an uncomfortable environment and makes shopping here feel stressful rather than enjoyable. Customer service should be a priority, and right now it feels like it’s being overlooked. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the overall atmosphere and professionalism in the store.
