I was told that as long as everything was in it’s original new condition with tags attached that I could return it for a full refund. Well, of course, it’s only been 5 days and I go to return a couple pieces of jewelry and a purse that I never used because I found cuter pieces at another store that matched the dress I bought from Windsor.. and was told that I could not return any of them. The manager of this establishment needs to make sure that all of the associates are telling its customers the same information. I am beyond irritated and annoyed with the customer service that I experienced today. I would definitely think twice before returning.
