I will never go back to shop at that store again and I promise I will spread the word about how horrible that place is! Talk about uncomfortable. Nobody wants to walk in an atmosphere to come spend hard earned money and get harassed about a stupid vacation.

The sales experience was smooth, and we were told clearly that our purchase included a warranty with routine service covered for the first few years. That assurance was a deciding factor in buying from them. At the end of summer, I called to schedule the service we were promised. Nothing was mentioned about any additional costs. When I arrived (15 minutes early), the service department informed me there was a fee — and the employee said he’d “never seen one without it.” That directly contradicts what was explained to us during the sale. When I asked how long the service would take, I received no estimate at all. Not a week, not a month — just “we’ll get to it when we get to it.” For a company of this size, that lack of organization and accountability is unacceptable. The difference between how smoothly they handle sales and how poorly they manage service is striking. I want to be clear: this review reflects my firsthand experience. I’m sharing it so future customers know to ask detailed questions before purchasing, confirm every service term in writing, and not rely on verbal assurances. I truly wish we had done the same.
