- KBKevin Brown1 day ago1.0I've been bringing my boat in for service, for 15 years. I brought it in a couple weeks ago and they won't work on the motor and won't cut in the drink holders, they sell. The service advisor tells me it will be a while before I can get my sonar installed, no time frame. Said fine. Picked it up today, not even a Thank you. Terrible customer service, from the counter, guys in the shop are amazing!

Just going to go spend that money else where & give my money to a competitor. Felt like a burden to them anyways when I already knew what I wanted. I was an easy sale. Either disclaim you won’t allow purchases past 8 online or close the gun section at that time & put it on your website.

One of my favorite places to buy clothing too. Great place to spend a couple of hours just looking around. Kids love it too

One of the biggest reasons for that was Mike, who was extremely helpful and took the time to explain how the tanks are maintained, how the filtration systems work, and what the fish need to stay healthy. Being there on my own allowed me to really focus on everything he was showing me and ask questions, which made the experience even more valuable. Overall, Mike’s help at the Independence location gave me a much clearer understanding of proper fish care and what it takes to maintain a healthy aquatic environment. Thank Mike!!
