  There was a line we had to wait in for about an hour before being allowed into the building. I'm allergic to the sun, and it's also over 100° so being in direct sunlight without Phantom offering anywhere for people to seek shade/cover was not a great time. They also didn't have anywhere to purchase water (not even a vending machine inside) so a lot of people were extremely thristy especially being in the direct sunlight, heat etc. You know the week of fourth of July is your bread and butter, there should be a plan in place to make sure nobody is experiencing heatstroke/dehydration and offer a place to seek shade while still waiting in the line. The photo here was after waiting in line for about 15 minutes. They also had the handicap parking blocked off, so unfortunately my friend was unable to come inside with us due to her not being able walk that far.
