I went there on Saturday afternoon. It was only moderately busy and I waited around a half hour trying to find someone to help me and I ended up just leaving. Which is a bummer cuz I was getting ready to spend about $500 in there. There were a lot of gray hair guys working there and no offense but they're not really up for the hustle anymore. They spend a lot of time just dealing with the customer and being friendly and stuff, but the cost of that kindness is other customers not getting served in a timely manner. The Bass pro in South county is the identical store and it has way more staff.

I tried buying the $99 boots The box kept ringing up as a different code for a different price. I walked back and took this picture to verify what I was telling the clerk. They argued with me and wouldn't honor their own sale price! Horrible place
