Beyond that, I am so pleased with the quality of the ring. The craftsmanship is clearly top-notch and the attention to detail is clear. The customer service has been unparalleled as well. My first experience with the team was when my fiancé brought me in to “start looking at rings” - he already had the ring in his pocket, ready to propose later that day, but I was absolutely fooled by everyone in the showroom who hosted us like we were new customers! Even after our engagement, the team was incredibly accommodating to do a small re-size of the band in a short turnaround. It’s the kind of attention you can really only get from a small, local business! We couldn’t imagine a better experience and we can’t wait to start the process for designing our wedding bands with Adam as well!
