- MDMico DavisSep 4, 20251.0I have been going to this store for DECADES…the New so called MANAGER is very UNPROFESSIONAL and Uneducated …I went to the store to do an exchange bc I bought the wrong size for my son and I was told I couldn’t bc I didn’t have the receipt which I thought it was in the bag….. I asked could I get store credit bc I had other items to purchase and my ID/card with me …and I was still told No .. I asked her where was that in the policy and she got angry and told me if I say anything else she was going to put me out and not allow me to purchase my other items bc I told her that’s not in the policy… She told me she didn’t care and I could call CORPORATE so I will be calling them tomorrow bc clearly in the policy I am allowed store CREDIT… Lastly, she should not be in management being unprofessional and rude to PAYING customers… They will lost a loyal customer but sadly it’s always in the BLACK community!
