Bob and joe down here in Fenton are great. Not only do they always answer the phone and do their best to answer every question but they also work around everyone’s schedule when it comes to appointments. They have personally stayed late after hours for my service appointments on couple of occasions. Their hard work is very much appreciated and I thank them for it!!

Absolutely terrible . When you have your car serviced in any way through a mechanic or body shop they will not give the business the codes to move the vehicle. This means that you have to go by and move it for them . Your car may have to be moved 13 times during a repair. It's not an inconvenience for them for sure and that's what they'll blatantly tell you . They were rude and careless through every situation I presented. You are already dealing with Johnny Law and all the hoops and shame that comes with it .I personally wouldn't do business with these people if they were reaching into the black pits of hell to give you a hand out .

Frequently Asked Questions About RoadGuard Ignition Interlock

How does an interlock device work?

When you start your vehicle, you have to blow into a mouthpiece that’s connected to the ignition interlock device, sometimes called an in-car breathalyzer. The interlock device will then measure your breath alcohol concentration (BrAC) and automatically determine whether your BrAC is low enough to allow the car to start. Any test you take, whether pass or fail, will be reported to your monitoring authority.

How much does an ignition interlock device cost?

Ignition interlock device costs vary because each state has different pricing regulations and device technology requirements. But in general, you can expect to pay between $50 and $150 to install the interlock device depending on vehicle type. After the initial interlock installation, you are required to pay a monthly rental or lease fee. On average, the cost to rent or lease an interlock device is between $50 and $150 per month. Call us at 1-833-545-0368 for pricing in your area.
