Today I go to leave and I am locked out. I am sober and have been so I don’t understand why I am being violated. After an hold time of 36 mins the second round. I got a person who could not tell me why? So, here I am… missing family events and pics with Santa because I made a shitty choice in life but am being punished immensely through systematic abuse and terrible customer service. How can you say you have 24/7 customer service but have no supervisors? It’s your machine but can’t tell me why I am violated? Makes no sense!
